We are a dedicated mixed practice treating all animals, family pets, horses, farm animals as well as exotics.
At JP Vets our team of veterinary surgeons and nurses are all animal lovers and have quite an array of pets! We care for your pets, both large and small, as if they were our own.
We always have an experienced
veterinary surgeon and nurse available 24 hours a day.

January 2021 update:
During the 3rd national lockdown Veterinary professionals are permitted to remain open and provide essential animal health and welfare services. "Veterinary professionals should therefore assess cases in that context and exercise clinical judgement as to what constitutes essential care, and we are asking clients to respect the vet’s decision."
Our Covid measures in place since March allow us to continue providing care for our clients, but if you have any concerns please call us ahead of attending to check.
However we can only continue to be here for your pets if everyone abides by the government advice on social distancing, therefore when discussing your pet's treatment in the car park please wear a mask and keep an appropriate distance from our staff and each other.
↔️For the safety of our staff please abide by the requests to stay outside the practice and 2 metres from staff at all times so that we can continue to be there for you.
🚑If you would like to discuss your animal’s needs through a phone call or email in the first instance, we may be able to help without you needing to attend the practice.
⏰We have extended our usual consulting times, are offering telephone consultation and are still running our own out-of-hours service.
📞Please telephone when arriving at the practice (or knock on the door, but bear with us if we are unable to answer straight away).
🐱Small pets should be secured in a carrier which can be safely placed on the floor allowing you to step away before a vet or nurse approaches.
🐶Larger dogs should have a secure collar or harness and suitable length lead (no retractable leads please) which can be passed at arm's length.
💊Medications that are being collected will be brought out to you in the car park.
After conducting risk assessments it has been decided for the safety of our staff and clients to continue to ask clients to wait in the car park and call on arrival. Please bear with us as we try to answer all telephone calls and clients at the door, if we do not answer straight away it is because we are with pets inside the building it is never our intention to ignore you. We do have staff on site throughout the whole day so that clients are able to see a vet as quickly as possible when they arrive. We are committed to providing a service to our clients in the best and safest way possible, this continues to be a very stressful time for everyone and we understand emotions may run high, but any abuse of staff will not be tolerated. Please help us to help your pets.
All payments are required on the day (card or cash), by attending the practice you are agreeing to pay for the treatment discussed with the vet.

Next week (25-30th January) there will be road works in Coopers Lane. We have been promised that access to the road will be maintained for the business, however our car park may be inaccessible to cars for part of the week, in this instance the Evesham Hotel have very kindly allowed us use of their car park.
